I led the full design and development of BookReady, a modern booking platform built primarily on WordPress, focused on simplicity, performance, and a clean user experience. This included:
Platform Design + UI/UX: I designed the full interface using a modern SaaS style, creating a clean and intuitive experience across all pages, from landing to dashboard.
WordPress Development: I built the platform using WordPress, customizing themes, plugins, and core functionality to support a scalable booking website system.
Multi-Site Setup: I developed a multi-site structure that allows users to generate their own booking websites, each with its own content, settings, and management flow.
Booking System Integration: I integrated and customized the booking system to manage services, staff, scheduling, and payments, making everything work seamlessly within the platform.
Onboarding + User Experience: I created a simplified onboarding process to help users get their site up and running quickly without dealing with technical complexity.
Branding + Product Direction: I shaped the overall look, feel, and positioning of BookReady to ensure it feels modern, accessible, and built for real businesses.
